ALFA ROMEO SERVICE PLAN COVERAGE

Owners of Alfa Romeo vehicles registered after 1st June 2018 or newer that were originally distributed by Ateco Group NZ are entitled to receive Scheduled Maintenance Services for a period of 36 Months or 45,000km for petrol vehicles (60,000km for diesel)

The Alfa Romeo Service Plan commenced on 1st June 2018 and applies to Scheduled Maintenance Services only.

Scheduled Maintenance Services are any service items listed in the ‘standard service schedule for normal operating conditions’ for vehicles covered by the Alfa Romeo Service Plan. The Standard Service Schedule Items for each vehicle are specified in the Service and Warranty Booklet for that vehicle. Alfa Romeo Service Plan only applies to Scheduled Maintenance Services carried out by authorised Alfa Romeo dealers.

Vehicles must be service within the Km/ time frame as set out in the Alfa Romeo Service Plan booklet

The models included in the Alfa Romeo Service Plan are as follows: -

·        Alfa Romeo Giulia                                                                    36 Months or 45,000km (whichever occurs first)

·        Alfa Romeo Stelvio petrol                                                        36 Months or 45,000km (whichever occurs first)

·        Alfa Romeo Stelvio diesel                                                        36 Months or 60,000km (whichever occurs first)

·        Alfa Romeo Giulietta Veloce                                                    36 Months or 45,000km (whichever occurs first)

·        Alfa Romeo 4C                                                                         36 Months or 60,000km (whichever occurs first)

·        Alfa Romeo Giulietta                                                                36 Months or 60,000km (whichever occurs first)



Excluded services

Service or maintenance items that are not Standard Service Schedule items are not subject to Alfa Romeo Service Plan 

These items include but are not limited to:- 

a)    Wear and tear items such as fuses, brake pads, brake discs, tyres etc which require periodic maintenance due to normal wear and tear;

b)    Items which require additional servicing due to the special operating conditions under which they are used, as detailed in the Service and Warranty Booklet for that vehicle;

c)     Servicing or repairs required due to the fitment of non-genuine FCA parts or accessories;

d)    Additional fluids and additives not specified in the standard service schedules for normal operating conditions set out in the Service and Warranty Booklet for that vehicle;

e)    Accident damage to body, chassis or drivetrain components; and

f)     Additional maintenance and repairs recommended by your Alfa Romeo dealer to suit your individual driving characteristics (e.g. wheel alignments etc.).

g)   Warrant of Fitness
